Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team.
• Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance.

Returns Policy

7-Day Return Policy

• SkyTees offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached for a successful return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a SkyTees error or a defective product.
• The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds Processing

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within a reasonable time after the item is received and inspected.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
